This 2 hour, in person, evidence-based childbirth education class encompasses, in depth, all things pregnancy, labor and birth. It’s designed to offer you the knowledge you need to plan, make informed decisions, and understand your baby and body before, during, and after you give birth.

This 2-hour class was created to help you understand the physiology of your body. You will learn how to manipulate your pelvis in order to create space for baby to move through. By learning and practicing different laboring and birthing positions, movements and counter pressure techniques you will be able to go into labor confident in your body's ability to birth your baby along with the skillset to do so in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Creating a birth plan or a birth preference outline, as I like to call it, can be super overwhelming and stressful. I get asked all the time; “what are my options, what do I write, where do I start, how long should it be?” As a birth doula I have seen it all and I’m here to help make this step as simple and as easy for you as possible!
BIRTH & CO. is now offering to non clients, in-person, one-on-one birth plan prepping! During this meeting we will discuss and go over all your options for labor and delivery. Together we will outline on a birth preference template, the things that are most important to you! We will also talk about communication and how to express your needs and wants to your provider and clinical staff before and during labor. I also encourage your support person/s who will be present at the birth to attend this session.
*All private classes require a deposit to hold the date, this deposit is non-refundable.
